Great Barrier Reef

Hello! Today, I’m going to tell you about the amazing Great Barrier Reef. This is a school project collaboration with Figlia Sophia, which is all about advertisement. For now, I’ll provide you short information about Great Barrier Reef.

So, Great Barrier Reef is a place on Cairns, Australia. Queensland, to be exact. It is the world’s biggest coral reef site. It’s so big that it can be viewed on outer space! This is also the world’s biggest structure made by living organisms. From far away, it looks like some kind of island, but once you viewed it closer, you’ll see a lot of huge coral reefs.
  
This place is famous for its marine diversity. Thousands of species live on this place. Clownfish, blue tang fish, stingray, turtles, anemone, coral, just to name a few. Extremely few. Less than 0,01% of the species living on Great Barrier Reef. That must be a lot! Oh and the living organisms here are very unique and colorful.

On that place, we can dive and snorkle to experience what it truly feels like to live underwater. Seeing all those corals and beautiful fish in front of you must be fun, don't you think so? But, if you don't want to be wet, you can ride a glass bottomed boat and you can see what's underwater. Another great way to appreciate this place's beauty as well.

GATHAPRAYA

On September 30 2017, Senior High School 3 Bandung hold a cultural festival, named GATHAPRAYA. The event was started from the morning at 7:30 for a parade of gor saparua to Bali field. The parade followed by the entire class of 10 except the committees and several guest star such as a little dancing, adults who ride ontel bycicle, and fashion show participants who ride “kuda ronggeng”. Across the way we wold fill the cheers and the music is so crowded. Parade is more or less for one hour and half.

At around eleven o’clock, we get in the Bali field and start a fashion show. But, I didn’t visit the fashion show because I have a family gathering at home. And then, I come back to Bali field at 4 o’clock. In gathapraya there food stand, culture stand and many more. The decoration of Gathapraya is amazing. The food on Gathapraya is very delicious. I really love it. There's an ice cream stand on there and their ice cream was tasty!, teh poci stand, chicken stand and many more. I didn't buy all of this product, because I don’t have enough money.In this evening there are some performer like Vina Candrawati, Didik Ninik Towok (two face dance), Elephant Kind, Hivi, Nidji, and Giri Harja. The most performance that I like is hivi because the songs is very beautiful and famous. Performance of hivi is about 8 pm.

Unfortunately, I regret that I didn't went to Gathapraya until the end of the show. Because I has picked up by my parents because my house quite far and it’s too late at night.

Snow White and Seven Dwarfs

Show White and Seven Dwarfs

Once upon a time, a child was born of a very wise queen. The child was named snow white. The queen died after giving birth to her daughter. One year after hir birth the king married again with a beautiful woman. but her heart wasn’t as pretty as her face. The queen had a magic mirror that can talk. The queen asked the magic mirror "Oh mirror who is most beautiful among all women? "Mirror replied," You are the most beautiful of all Oh queen”. the queen was proud of her beauty as a magic mirror never lie. Snow white was growing up and her beauty beyond queen’s beauty. The queen was very jealous of her beauty.

Distaste of the queen made her want to get rid of the snow white. she told one of his men bring show white into the forest to kill her and took her heart. But when he attend to kill snow white, she cried and asked the man to  let her live and promised never  return to the palace again. Queen's man fulfilled the request because he didn’t have the heart to kill her. then he searched for a wild hog to taken its heart instead of snow white’s heart. Snow white then went into the forest.

In the forest, snow white felt scare. She ran until her feet hurt. Then she found a small house and went into it. she was rested while looking at the house. There were 7 pieces of bed and a kitchen in it.All look smaller than normal size. starting from beds, tables, cups and others. The princess fell asleep from her tired. The Householder came home, they are seven dwarves. They were surprised to see a young woman asleep in the house. They woke her and asked who she was. The princess was telling his story to the dwarves.

Queen really happy to see evidence of the death of the snow white, she asked the magic mirror “oh magic mirror who is now the most beautiful of all ?”. magic mirror replied "you are the a prettiest of all oh queen, but the snow white who lives with seven dwarfs in the forest is the most beautiful woman of all." The Queen was very angry. she returned planning to kill the snow white.

One day, she disguised as an old lady and carryed a basket containing poisoned apples. she went to the home of the dwarves while they're worked.she knocked on the door while offering an apple to snow white. Snow white refused because she did not recognize the old lady. The old lady continued to force the snow white to open the door and receive a gift apple. Snow white finally opened the door and received the apple. The queen went back happily to the castle. Snow white ete the poisoned apple and then he fell down on the floor.

When the seven dwarfs came home, they were surprised to found show white was lying on the floor with an apple next to her. They were very sad to see the snow princess asleep. After that, the 7 dwarfs made a wonderful bed for snow white. One day, a prince through the forest then lead him to the dwarf house. He saw snow princess sleeping in bed beautiful. The prince asked the dwarves about what happened to her. The dwarf was telling him all about the snow white.

The prince asked permission to the dwarves to bring snow white to the palace so she can be treated by the royal physician. But no one can woke her up. The  Prince finally gave up and kiss the snow white because he  loved her so much. Suddenly, the snow white  awoken.actually the cure of the poison that was given by the evil queen is the kiss of a man who loved her  with all his heart.The prince was then proposed for the snow white to became her queen and snow white accepted happily. They live happily with seven dwarfs in the palace ever and after.

Plans For Holiday

On a Saturday in TSM, three high school students named Alfina, Figlia, and Asri are having a conversation...

Alfina   : "Guys, holiday is near! I'm so happy! Do you have plans for it?"
Asri      : "Oh yes, I have so many plans for this holiday!"
Alfina   : "Wow, how about you, Figlia?"
Figlia    : "I want to sleep all day long."
Alfina   : "Are you crazy?'
Asri      : "Come on, you must have more plans than that."
Figlia    : "Alright, alright. I want to online shopping! I have saved my money for a while."
Alfina   : "What do you want to buy?"
Figlia    : "I want to buy albums of Blur! I really want The Magic Whip and 13, those albums are fantastic! Oh and I also want to buy Everyday Robots, which Damon Albarn's solo album. It's so emotional and making me cry."
Asri      : "You must love Damon so much."
Alfina   : "I hate him."
Figlia    : "Ugh, shut up Alfina., let me enjoy things. What about you Asri? What are your plans?"
Asri      : "I want to make some comics! I also want to buy new pentab."
Alfina   : "That's a pretty good plan."
Figlia    : "Whoa, pentab is pretty expensive"
Asri      : "I know, but I have saved my money for it."
Alfina   : "None of you guys asked for my plans and I'm sad."
Figlia    : "Good!"
Asri      : "What are your plans anyway?"
Alfina   : "I want to go to Tokyo Disneyland."
Figlia    : "Why do you want to go there? It's far from here."
Alfina   : "Because I heared that park has a lot of cool rides. I want to see sakura flowers as well."
Asri      : "With whom do you go there?"
Alfina   : "With my family, of course! I don't have enough money to go there my self."
Figlia    : "Yeah, Disneyland is great. I want to go there someday, but not now I guess."
Asri      : "Let's pray that all our plans become reality!"

I Won't Left My Food and Money!

     When I was in the third grade in junior high school, I have an unforgettable moment that makes me very grateful. At the time, I wake up late at 05.30 and then I immediately took a bath. I prepare my school very hurrily. My mom prepares a breakfast and money for me at the dinner table. At 06.00, I should have gone to school, but I just finished wear a uniform. My father screaming, calling my name. I'm going out of the room and hurry wearing the shoes. And then I farewell to my mother and go to school with my father without breakfast.

    At the school, when I want to have breakfast I looking for my food in my bag, but it is nothing. I realized if my food and my money are left at the dinner table. I am confused because I feel very hungry but I didn't bring my food and I don't have money to buy it. I don't dare to tell my friend.I restrain my hungry into time to rest.

    At a break time, when my friend will go to the canteen I 'm very confused and worry because I don't have money. My friend ask me "Do you want to go to the canteen?".I tell it to my friend. And then my friend lends money to me. I'm crying. I'm very grateful and thanks to my friend because they have been helping me in worry situation. In fact, I have been confused what to do because of it the first time I miss the money.

    Finally, I can buy food and I don't hungry again. From the incident, I learn to care.  I won't repeat it again. Thank you.

Before a party...

Figlia   : "Hasya! Hasya! Help me find a bathroom in this room!"

Alfina  : "Are you speaking to me? Sorry, but I'm not Hasya."

Figlia   : "Oh no, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to call you, I'm so sorry!"

Alfina  : "Relax, it's fine!"

Figlia   : "Alright then. May I know your name, please? I don't want our first encounter to be nothing                but awkwardness."

Alfina  : "Sure! My name is Alfina. What about you?"

Figlia   : "My name is Figlia. Nice to meet you!"

Alfina  : "Nice to meet you too. Where are you from?"

Figlia   : "I'm from Padalarang."

Alfina  : "Oh, that's pretty far from here. I'm from Kopo by the way."

Figlia   : "Come on, that's far away from here as well!"

Alfina  : "I never said I lived nearby, haha. Where are your school?'

Figlia   : "My school is 3 High School, located on Belitung Street number 8."

Alfina  : "Oh, you went to the same school as me! By the way, what class are you in?"

Figlia   : "I'm from X Science 12. And you?"

Alfina  : "I'm from X Science 16."

Figlia   : "No wonder why we never met before, our classes aren't on the same flo-Hold on, I have a message on my phone."

Alfina  : "Hey, isn't that Blur? On your lockscreen?"

Figlia   : "Oh my God, you know that band too? How did you know them? Do you like Blur as well?"

Alfina  : " No, I don't like Blur. My sister loves them though.She always plays their songs loudly. I don't know much about them, except for the woohoo song. It's pretty catchy."

Figlia   : "Song 2? I love that song! But Beetlebum is my personal favorite, along with My                                  Terracotta Heart. Ahhhh I love Blur so much!"

Alfina  : "Ugh, I don't know any of those songs!"

Figlia   : "Sorry, I can't contain my love for that band. Hey, the party is about to start!"

Alfina  : "What about bathroom?"

Figlia   : "Oh yes, I forgot! Let's find the bathroom first! Will you help me?"

Alfina  : "Okay, follow me!"

It's about Me!

Hello, my name is Alfina Fuji Dwi Lestari. You can call me Alfina. I am the second of two children. I was born in Cirebon, 2 December 2001. I am fiveteen years old. My hobby is writting. I'm very quiet person so, if i were on a new environment i would be very quiet and shy.

When i was five years old, i sit in baabussalaam kinderganten. I'm very active and choosy. Everthing that i wanted must be fulfilled. If it were not fulfilled i would cry. But it was changed when i was sit in elementary school. I became a more quiet person because in elementary school i met more friend. In elementary school i have best friend. Her name is Alvia. Me and my best friend went to same junior high school. But our friend ship was ruined because of a problem.

I love writting when i sit in elementary school. Usually i write a lot of songs, but i don't like make a history. I can't author. I have a strengthin sciece subject. I like science subject because explain about nature. My favorite food is all about chickhen. I don't like lodeh soup. I have joined a lot of competition in science subject such as biology olympic, national science olympic.
